Your email address; your name, postal address and Unique Taxpayer Reference; the tax figures and answers you enter; and a record of your purchase and the consent you gave at checkout, with its date and time.

National Insurance numbers, bank or card details, HMRC logins or passwords. Your claim pack PDF is created on your own device and is not stored by us.

To provide the software you have paid for (contract), to keep records of purchases and consents (legal obligation and legitimate interests), and to let you return to your figures during your 12 months.

Our hosting, database and sign-in email provider, and, when card payments go live, our payment provider. They act on our instructions only.

Your figures and details are kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Account menu, which deletes your figures, details and purchase records straight away.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and ask for it in a portable form. Email privacy@smartscanitgroup.co.uk.
